Fix code style on brackets (flake8)

Add more information to test info_dict

Despite visual similarity "þ" is unrelated to "p".
It is normally transliterated as "th":

    $ echo þ-Þ | iconv -t ASCII//TRANSLIT
    th-TH

Since it does not work for quite a long time

Fail on missing token only when no formats found
